The results are in and The Grown-Up Detective Agency has won the 2022 Interactive Fiction Competition! If you've never heard of it before, IFComp is an annual showcase of new text-based games and digital stories. It's been running since 1995, which means this was its 28th (!) year.

And it was a great one too. This year's event attracted 70 entrants across a whole host of genres, including old school text adventures, new school art games, thrillers, comedies, dramas, sci-fi, even some children's lit. It was a crowded and exciting field and I'm very honoured to have done so well. If you like my games, go check out the other entrants from this year!

Thank you to everyone who's played and enjoyed The Grown-Up Detective Agency so far. The positive response has been overwhelming, and it really makes me glad to see people connecting with the old kid detective after all these years. :)
